Piertown Chorus is a mixed choir singing 4 part harmony without accompaniment (a cappella). The chorus has its roots in Barbershop singing but its current repertoire is varied. Some members read music but many don’t and we have teach-tracks to help us learn pieces.
Performances
The Chorus performs “singouts” at various local places including: Chorley Live, Christies Hospital, Wigan & Leigh Hospice. Our aim is raise money for charity and in particular for Wigan & Leigh hospice.
